Chec cu morcov

Ingrediente:

  • o cana ulei
  • o cana de zahar
  • o cana de apa minerala
  • o cana de morcov ras mic (cana sa fie plina bine)
  • 2 plicuri de zahar vanilat
  • esenta de migdale
  • un praf de copt
  • faina cat cuprinde
  • gem
  • nuci

Mod de preparare:

Se amesteca toate ingredientele. Faina se pune atat cat sa se obtina un aluat mai tare decat cel de clatite si mult mai gros (ca si pentru pandispan), se toarna in tava unsa si tapetata cu faina, se adauga gemul (piersici, caise, prune, …) si nuca tocata marunt. Se da  la cuptor cam 40 min.
