Crema de zahar ars

Ingrediente6 oua 200 g zahar + 3 linguri

1 l lapte 1 zahar vanilat

Mod de preparare

Cele 3 linguri de zahar se pun in cratita la foc mic. Cand incepe sa se topeasca se intoarce cratita astfel incat zaharul ars sa acopere uniform peretii cratitei. Se lasa sa se raceasca. Se amesteca cu mixerul ouale, laptele, zaharul, vanilia si se pun in cratita peste zaharul ars. Se da la cuptor la foc mediu 30–40 de minute, pana se intareste. Se serveste rece, de la frigider.

Sugestii: Daca va place cu mult sos puteti dubla cantitatea de zahar ars.
